Brief Answer:
Looks like you may have a fungal infection in the region also

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The spots described by you as also seen in the image uploaded is a typical presentation, especially around the inner thigh region due to activities like:

+Sweat accumulation in the region
+Friction that occurs between the thighs
+Poor personal hygiene
+Hair removal in the region
and other such causes.

Although it does initially present with a bacterial source requiring antibiotic coverage and steroid application, it can also result in a fungal infection. Thus my advise would be the following:

+1 tablet of oral fluconazole 150 mg (to be taken only once)
+Topical application of clotrimazole cream over the region twice daily for 2 weeks at least
+Oral antibiotic coverage for 10 days (e.g. metronidazole 250 mg, one tablet twice daily)
+Take a shower at least once daily
+Do not remove hair from the region
+Make sure you are always in a well ventilated room to prevent sweat accumulation in the region
+Make sure you dry off well enough after a shower
+Make sure you dry off well enough after passing your bowels and urinating, so as to avoid the inner wear from becoming wet
+If you sweat a lot in the region, make sure you carry an extra change of inner wear which you should change around mid-day
+Make sure you keep the region clean and dry at all times

I hope you find my response helpful, and please get back to me in a few weeks time so I can make sure you are feeling better or guide you accordingly if you need my help further.

Best wishes.
