What Causes Pressure Feeling In Eyes And Heaviness In Forehead?

Question: I always feel pressure in both of the eyes and heaviness on forehaed.
also there is a dark in eyes and forehead
Pls suggest what to do ?

IF there are no significant or worrisome symptoms like sudden vomiting, blurring of vision, ear discharge, the most likely problem in your case is a tension headache.

YOu should get Heart rate, Blood pressure evaluated first. IF they are found to be within normal range then you should consider taking a pain killer like Ibuprofen or simple paracetmol first. YOu should consider taking power naps like 30 minute sleep whenever you have headache.

The next reason could be migrainous headache. The treatment remains same but if the frequency is more there are other medications that can prevent horrible headache.

one more question is that I am very much worried about the darkness under eye & forehead. Since 3-4 months its too much. Eyes seems to be dry.

THe cold compresses with ice cube tied in a cloth and compressing every day after your work would help. This compresses can last up to 10 minutes each time.

You shoudl be able to see some result in one month.

sometime it look likes swelling

I did not understand what is mountain up downs dark.
If you have dandruff or other scalp disease it is important to check that out. One consultation with Dermatologist will help. I wish you that too.

If that is simple hyperpigmentation you can try KOZYDERMA 1% cream on that area once other reasons are ruled out.
