Brief Answer:
Could be due UTI secondary to Urethral Stenosis

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

Urge to pass urine at this age is mostly due to what is called as Urethral Stenosis which is common in elderly females .

During ost menopausal age there is generalized atrophy of Genito Urinary organs which also involves urethra causing narrowing of urethral passage (Urethral Stenosis)

You need to consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis
1) Urine Routine and culture
2) Ultrasound Scanning of abdomen and pelvis
3) Endoscopic examination of bladder (Cystoscopy )

He may do endoscopic calibration( Dilatation) of urethra simultaneously while doing Cystosocpy.

In the mean while take antibiotic like Ciprofloxacin along with Nitrofurantoin twice daily .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
