What Causes Premature Ejaculation And Low Stamina?
Question: Hello Doctor,
I am coming to this portal once again with my same problem of premature ejaculation and low stamina during sexual activities.
Earlier I came and talked to once of the specialist and then visited one personally, who gave me FLUDAC for 1 month but didn't work. Next time I visited him saying very less affect I can see (earlier it was 20 secs during intercourse, now it is 40secs-1min). He came on-demand medicine (Duralast 30).
Now my problem, my sex is not a planned activity so it is of no use. Did not actually get to try the effect but will it actually help in curing the problem in a long run ?
Secondly, I heard of this ManPowerX (Testosterone booster) which people say helps in increasing the stamina (although commercialized for body fitness and workout proteins) along with regular workout. Also I read some people saying that using this increases their penis size.
Can you please help me in knowing more about this product's pros and cons ? And can it actually help in my case ?
My simple objective is to get pass this PE phase and gain my original strength back.
And yeah ofcourse, I am a little curious to know if it does help in increasing the penis size from average to good length size.

do you have a problem of level of hardness? I need to understand the environment where you have sex. for example any worry of a disturbance from somebody knocking at the door may cause early discharge.
there are millions of medicines and procedures available on net for size enhancement. they are never needed if you know how to enjoy sex . most of them are potentially dangerous for health and some of them may cause permanent impotence. so don't be tempted by them. There are no medical literature or clinical trials done on ManpowerX. So I cannot comment on its effectiveness. I suggest not to use it.

In general the environment is not the problem, there is no urgency in that, it is relaxed most of the time.
It jas been more than 7-8 months and now I am a little stressed while having sex because of my early discharge problem but initially this wasn't there.
I saw the XXXXXXX anxiety test and as per my present conditions, the score is 19. But I don't think I am the right person to rate myself on these and this is the present situation, when this PE thing started in those early few months, the score would have been below 13.
