Suggest Alternative Medication In Place Of Dapox

Question: Hi Doc, whats a good substitute for Dapox 30 mg?

Are the dosage prescribed right?

I have been having this issue for the last 2 months or so.

I have normal BP but cholesterol/tyiglycerides for which I have begun taking medications.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Duralast / Prilyxet / Ejalong / Xydap are all good substitutes of Dapox (Dapoxetine). 30mg is the commonly prescribed dose. However, the dose would depend upon the clinical judgement of your treating physician.

The reason I asked for substitute because Dapox 30 mg is not available at most pharmacies.

One last question - Are these medicines, habit forming?

Thanks for writing back. Yes, I had checked the attached prescription. The 30mg dose of Dapoxetine is the most commonly available preparation although 60mg is also available. You can feel free to take any brand.
