What Causes Popping Sound In Legs While Bending?

Question: I am 31 Male 78 kg body weight.
Loud poping sound comes almost each time whenever I fold my legs. Never had sevete knee injury though.
Pain in sides of both knees some times unbearable pain in knees.
Pain prrsists in both ankles, left elbow too.
Bone density is normal.
Please suggest tests to be conducted or medicines apart from pain killers

I have gone through the details provided. It seems that you could be having arthritis. There are multiple types of arthritis and the following investigations should be helpful:
* Blood for RA factor, Uric acid
* X ray of both knee, both elbow, both feet with ankles - AP, Lateral

I am not suggesting any medication as of now. Specific treatment can be administered after the investigation reports. Till then hot compress should provide relif.
