Question: Hi, i took 1.5 caps of mdma at midnight. i got a slight high for a few hours, but then around 4:30am, the buzz wore off and i was left with racing heart and pins and needles throughout my limbs - especially bad in my right arm. it's 9am now and the heart rate has gone down slightly but the pins and needles are still there. what should i do? I'm getting concerned.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to cardiac ischemia due to irregular rhythm of heart or hypertension. So an ECG should be taken to rule out this and blood pressure should be checked also.

If that is clear then it can be due to muscle spasm or nerve compression due to putting your arms in uncomfortable position when you were high. In such case it will get normalized slowly (usually within 2-4 weeks). Warm compress will be helpful.
