Question: I just want to know if its a cancer... It appears maybe 6 months ago its located of the top of my head and its really pink and shinny and bumpy.. its maybe 4 millimeter I am 35 five years old and really heathly

I have gone through your query and I have also reviewed the Image. I can see a bright pink, shiny patch on scalp. It is hairless.
I suggest a possibility of syringocystadenoma papilliferum. It is a benign adnexal tumor. However I suggest an excisional biopsy for a confirmatory diagnosis which would also be curative.
