Brief Answer:
Adapalene and benzoyl peroxide gel

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I have read your query and I have noted your concern.
Acne can start at any time after onset of puberty and usually appear as combination of blackheads, whiteheads, papules and pustules on face.
She may use Adapalene 0.1% gel once daily for night application over all acne affected areas i.e forehead, cheeks, nose and chin. Adapalene is comedolytic and is first line of treatment for all grades of acne.
In addition she may use topical benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel for day time application, as a spot treatment for inflammatory acne like papules and pustules.
I would also suggest a gentle cleansing face wash, twice daily e.g cetaphil cleansing lotion
