Brief Answer:
Wait and watch

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
If the pimple like thing you mentioned is around the areola, that could be a XXXXXXX tubercle. It is seen physiologically and doesn't need treatment.
If the lesion is away from areola, that could be some skin lesion like clogged sweat or sebaceous gland or thickening of connective tissue etc. These type of lesions can be seen due to friction by clothes etc.
Rarely fibroadenomatous changes can be noticed in breast, which can present as small masses within breast tissue.

As the lesion you mentioned is comparatively superficial and without any symptoms, you can wait and watch.
If the lesion increases in size or symptoms like pain, redness etc appear, better to consult your doctor and get evaluated.
By clinical examination and investigations like sonomamogram the possible cause of her problem can be identified and treated.
Take care.
