Brief Answer:
Vaginal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
greetings.
When tummy tuck and other major operations are done you will not be ambulant and may be even catheterised. Are you having regular periods ?
since you are having a bad odour you will need a speculam examination to see your cervix and vagina.
Your sexual history has some relevance but can be confirmed with a speculam examination only.
Do you have any pain in your lower abdomen or urinary symptoms.?
some times a cervical erosion or a polyp can also cause these symptoms
I suggest you to consult a gynaecologist at the earliest. hope you are convinced. Regards
