Question: My friend she 46 years old her last peroid august 20 2015 after that steel coming litle blood coming every day we need go to woman doctor but way happin ?

It is not a good sign and basically means post menopausal bleeding for which she should get a local examination of her private parts and vagina and cervix from a gynecologist at the earliest.
Usually it is due to local atrophy because of decreasing female hormones at this stage but around 1-2% females can have cancer like changes which are causing these symptoms.
