Brief Answer:
Kojic acid cream, sunscreen, antioxidant capsule

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for being at HealthcareMagic
I would recommend you to use depigmenting creams containing kojic acid on the marks twice daily.
Various brands containing kojic acid available in the market are kojivit plus cream, kojiglo cream, kojitin cream and clearz plus cream.
You can use any of the above twice daily for 6-8 weeks.
Also use a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time and take antioxidants like capsule antoxid HC or capsule Oxidon plus once daily for 6-8 weeks.
These are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.

Dr Asmeet
