Brief Answer:
Lumbar spondylosis, slip disc

Detailed Answer:
Hi there.

Thanks for the query.

Usually back pain is caused by Lumbar spondylosis or degenerative changes in the lower spine. This can cause low back pain and sometimes slip disc adding to burning sensation and radiating pain from the back to the legs or feet.

Avoid bending forwards or lifting weights. Apply hot packs to the painful regions. Take Tablet Diclofenac with Thicolchicoside combination twice a day for 5 days after meals and Tablet Ranitidine 150mg twice a day for 5 days before meals. You can take Tablet Pregabalin 75mg at night for a month for the burning sensation. Do get tested for Diabetes, as this can be associated with burning sensation.

Do get an Xray and MRI of the lumbosacral spine and upload for my review.

I hope I have answered your query.

I will be available to answer your follow up queries.
