Brief Answer:
You need to take salt for cramp

Detailed Answer:
Hello, I have studied your case. Cramps in body are suggestive of lack of salt and calcium in body. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Take a glass of water with a tea spoon full of salt. Your cramps will immediately be relieved.
2.Take 1000 mg calcium daily and 60000 vitamin D 3 daily for six weeks for bone and muscle strength.
3. Avoid rice in diet. Also make sure that you do not go in cold weather.

I hope this answer will be useful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
Thanks
