No vomiting.. no headache.. bowel movement is normal.

Brief Answer:
Nothing serious, its common flu...

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

I understand your concern.

I am Dr. Arun Tank, infectious disease specialist, answering your concern.

All of the above symptoms is suggestive of common flu. It is not look like a H1N1 swine flu.

Swine flu has sever symptoms like high grade fever, red eyes, severe chest tight XXXXXXX and severe breathlessness, feeling sight of death. This can be easily differentiate by common flu.

Your current Drug regimen is right, you can add pantoprazole tablet for acidity after due consultation from your doctor.

No test is needed right now in your wifes case.

I will be happy to answer your further concern contact me here or you can contact me on bit.ly/DrArun.
We wish you a best health at healthcare magic.
Thank you,
Dr. Arun Tank
