Question: I went to a immediate care place about 3 days ago. he gave me a steroid shot and naproxen to take. but it hasn't taken any of the edge off. I'm at a loss of what to do. I can't get comfortable at all

Hello,

steroids and naproxen have to be for back pain, right? If that's the case, you can augment the efficacy of the analgesics by adding paracetamol with codeine or any other opioid. These drugs combined, besides their own effect against pain, they potentiate the effects of other analgesics. Sometimes the pain is difficult to manage though, so if the diagnosis is certain, you'll have to be patient.

but my problem is I don't know who to even go to for this. its my back going up my left side even into my armpit and arm.
