What Causes Pale Yellow Discharge Post A Miscarriage?

Question: hi

i had a miscarriage 14days ago at 8weeks.

i went for an ultrasound a after it and all came back clear.

but till today i have a slight pale yellow gooey discharge that is clear. almost like ovulation discharge but pale yellow. should i be worried.

As the repeat ultrasound showed no products of conception inside the uterus, it ensures that there abortion has been completed, however increased mucoid vaginal discharge may be seen for next 2-3 weeks even till the pregnancy hormones return back to their pre-pregnancy levels especially progesterone levels.
The fresh start of menses shall confirm hormonal balance re-established and the discharge shall also reduce naturally. You just have to take care that there is no infection in form of itching or foul smell. Keep the local hygiene by washing twice a day and keeping it dry to prevent any infection.
