Brief Answer:
A benign harmless swelling likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The small movable non compressible lump of the breast can be due to fibroadenoma that is a benign breast swelling. It can decrease after you stop breast feeding. Such swellings are usually harmless and are hormone dependent. In case the swelling is painful or is gradually increasing in size or is attached to the superficial skin or the deeper tissue then do consult your gynecologist for a direct examination and investigations like mammography and FNAC.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Yes. The breast size increases during lactation. It even changes in shape during lactation. But this change is reversible and the shape and size comes back to near normal after you stop the breast feeding.

Brief Answer:
Yes. It is common.

Detailed Answer:
The hair loss after a pregnancy is a common problem. The loss of hairs reflects the nutritional status of a person.
You can follow some simple measures to help your hairs grow better -
1. Take a high protein diet. You can also apply raw egg on your hairs one hour before washing them for good lusture and to coverthe damaged parts.
2. Take iron and zinc supplements.
3. Avoid exposure to direct sun for long durations.
4. Keep your hairs covered outdoors to avoid damage from dust , etc.
5. Take high doses of vitamin B6 and folic acid.
6. Stay away from stress and anxiety.
7. Scalp massage- A vigorous rubbing of the scalp with fingers is one of the most effective method for the prevention and treatment of hair loss. The scalp should be rubbed vigorously till it starts to tingle with the heat.
