Brief Answer:
Take oral antibiotic

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query.
Area of clitoris is moist and prone to develop bacterial infection.
It will be better if you take an oral antibiotic for 5 days.
This will help in faster healing.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Thank you

What oral antibiotics would you suggest? And is it possible to get them without going to a doctor for a prescription?
