Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that as there is a history of heart attack and a stent was placed, this type of chest discomfort should be evaluated thoroughly.

It's advisable that you should personally consult your cardiologist or visit an ER and get an ECG and Echocardiography done for evaluation. Also chest xray should be done as it will help find out any underlying lungs pathology.

I hope this information will be helpful.

Kind regards

Brief Answer:
Hello Again

Detailed Answer:
I can understand your concern, if the cardiac MRI has came out to be normal then there are hardly any chances of cardiac issue.

In my opinion its better to stay at hospital and wait till pain killers work and make her comfortable atleast you wont have to rush back to hospital again. In the morning you can consult a physician again.

Kind Regards
