My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on JCM!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that sharp pains in this region are not typical of a cardiac disorder (including cardiac ischemia).

From the other hand, your performed cardiac tests have shown a normal heart function and structure.

So, in my opinion your situation is not concerning.

Is the pain triggered by deep breathing or body movements? This would indicate a musculoskeletal issue.

Coming to this point I would recommend trying acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

Considering the fact that you have had nausea, I would advise also taking omeprazole.

Let me know about everything!

I remain at your disposal for any other questions whenever you need!

Kind regards,

Dr.Iliri

Thank you it seems the pain comes and goes and it hurts to touch invthat area it does but travel but is locolized also I feel my heart rate was fast that comes and goes as well but perhaps this is from anxiety about thinking about it ... so in ur opinion non if these symptoms indicate anything cardiac related

I would recommend as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Thank you for the additional information!

Based on your symptoms, I would explain that they are typical of a musculo-skeletal pain.

You should know that you can not touch your heart. So, it is not your heart which is hurting.

It is just some muscle inflammation.

So, relax and don't worry about it!

The increased heart rate is because of anxiety or the pain. You should know that both anxiety and the pain activate the sympathetic nervous system, causing release of adrenaline and noradrenaline, which increase your heart rate.

This is more prominent in sensitive persons like you.

I would just recommend taking ibuprofen and try not to think about it!

As a cardiologist, I can reassure you that the pain is not related to your heart.

Let me know about everything!

Wishing good health,

Dr. Iliri
