Question: Mild pain in bottom of back when I FIRST WAKE UP.the pain goes away rather quickly.mild pain in my left leg when I REST...IT TOO GOES AWAY QUICKLY

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Lower back pain in the morning it is most probably arthritis.

It seems like first stages so it can be controlled well.

In my opinion, there is need for lumbar column x-rays to evaluate this possibility as a cause of your symptoms.

Warm procedures on your lower back, walking and NSAID drugs ( Ibuprofen) should help improve your symptoms.
