What Causes Pain On Right Side Radiating To Back?

Question: Pain in the right side that extends into my back about mid way around. i was diagnosed with inflammation around m artery that supplied blood to my small intestine last December. I was hospitalized and treated with steroids. after taking the steroids I was diagnosed with having several strokes and am currently taking Metformin, Lisinopril, and a daily asprin.
