It can be due to vitamin B12 or D deficiency

Hello,
I have studied your case. Generalised body ache is due to either vitamin D or B deficiency.It is also can be due to thyroid or diabetes. I have following suggestions for you.
1.Get your blood test including B12, D3 , thyroid and blood sugar levels.
2. You need to take vitamin D 60000 unit per week.
3.Calcium 1000 mg daily and methyl cobal 1500 micrograms daily.
4.Tablet Etorixoxib for pain.
