Brief Answer:
You do not have to be worry about cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXX,

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

In my opinion You may suffer from the carpal tunnel syndrome which occurs when nerve in your wrist is compressed.

Usually starts with pain in your thumb, index and middle fingers. It comes and goes. You may also feel discomfort in your wrist and hand.

Please note that the carpal tunnel syndrome should be treated as early as possible after you start feeling pain.

The second possibility of your symptoms is cervical spondylosis.
Common symptom is pain around the shoulder. Also pain along the arm and in the fingers may occur.

I would order for base line:
1. neck X-ray
2. an electromyography (EMG) which is used to confirm the diagnosis of carpal tunnel syndrome.
Your local doctors will know about this tests.

Also You do not have to be worry about cancer because symptoms described by you are not the symptoms of cancer.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
you do not have to be worried..

Detailed Answer:
You do not have to be concerned about cancer. Your symptoms are not the signs of bone cancer or anything like that. Relax yourself and concentrate on the more likely possibilities, like possible carpal tunnel.

Take care.
