Brief Answer:
Needs investigation.

Detailed Answer:

Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You can take analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. You need investigation by vitamin B12level, vitamin D levels and x ray of affected part of leg to know cause of pain. Orher general cause of pain such as diabetes by blood sugar test, thyroid function test and colourDoppler study to rule out deep vein thrombosis should be done.

You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health.
Take care.
