Following answers to your questions....

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through your medical history carefully and understood your concern.

The testicular pain and pressure is due to prostatitis. Certain factors like coffee , spicy, alcohol can aggravate/precipitate the pain. So, their avoidance is a must.

I highly recommend to consult with your urologist as you might need another course of antibiotics. Sometimes, patients might require longer course of antibiotics.

With regards to gas, if it happened after starting antibiotics, that is due to imbalance of intestinal flora (Candida infection). Probiotics are advised to stabilize intestinal flora.
Culture of stool is recommended to exclude Candida infection. Antifungal treatment is required if confirmed.
Simethicone for bloating.

With regards to anal swelling, please get back to me and clarify if you've suffered of constipation lately, especially after antibiotics use?

Hope this helps. Looking forward to have the requested information in.
