What Causes Pain In The Lower Right Abdomen?

Question: I am a 36 years old male,married for 11 years and have two kids,i often have a problem of pain in the lower pelvis on the right side if i dont ejaculate after having an erection!sometimes the pain bothers me and at times i ignore it!i also feel full and heavy?pain and a slight swelling is also felt on the right testecile?please suggest and guide.

It is very hard to say what you have from the symptoms that you have described.

I would suggest getting an ultrasound with the Doppler of the scrotum to check for any abnormalities in the testes and accessory organs.

It is normal to feel stiffness and fullness when ejaculation wasn't finished after erection.

Varicocoele can also be considered. Dilated veins in the scrotum can cause discomfort and fullness in the pelvic area.
