Brief Answer:
Musculoskeletal back pain

Detailed Answer:
hi,

thanks for your question

lower back pain is very common, 50 percent of adults will experience an episode at some point

at first no particular tests are reccomended unless the pain persists and worsens or if it is associated with shooting pains down the back of the leg, numbness, weakness, bowel or urinary disturbance.

the treatment of musculoskeletal back pain is antiinflammatory medication and physiotherapy focused on core strengthening excercises. some people find chiropractic treatment and massage helpful also.

I hope this answers your question.

best wishes
