Brief Answer:
Complicated UTI. She needs to take treatment as soon as possible.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

From what I understand she is bleeding with the urine, right?
It looks more like a UTI then STD. But it is complicated, it might have affected the kidneys, so your girlfriend needs to get treatment as soon as possible.

She will need antibiotics, but depending on the country where you are, you may need a prescription to purchase the antibiotics.

She needs to take Levofloxacine 750mg 1 tablet once/day for 5 days.
Advise to drink plenty of fluids. Continue with the cranberry juice.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
Let me know if you need more clarifications.
