Question: When I sneeze, my entire body hurts. The pain feels like an episode of a pinch nerve coming back to life only my entire body feels like that as a result of my muscle tensing during the sneeze.

Brief Answer:
There does not seem to be any thing dangerous.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to Health Care magic, I am Dr , Muhammad Ahmad , I have read your question closely, I understand your concern and will be helping you with your health related problem.

This is a normal occurrence in many people, some people sneeze and feel like a black out, coming back to lights in 4-5 seconds following a sneeze some people feel numbness in arms with pins and needle sensation that goes away immediately. Some feel pan in ribs.

I would advise you not to worry about this as this is not a red flag sign, you do not have to take any medication for the pain but if you are having an allergy or for any other reason you are sneezing more than what you should , then you should take medication for that. Usually a combination of an anti Histamine like Cetrizine daily at night that helps to control allergy and congestion , if you do not sneeze very frequently then no medication is needed.

In your next checkup with doctor , I would suggest you to discuss about possible vitamin deficiency with him like vitamin D etc which might be causing over sensitivity of you muscles and bones to sudden shaky movements and pain.

I hope this answered your question, If you have more queries I am happy to answer you.
Regards.
