Brief Answer:
Seems to be a neuropathy / hypocalcemia

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXX,

Thank you for posting the query.

I have gone through the query and the attached report in detail.

I do not feel that the complaints are related to blood vessels.

The symptoms are suggestive more of a nerve related pain. Nerve inflammation / neuritis can cause such kind of on /off radiating pain from the ankles to the feet.

Other possibility is of a reduced calcium levels. This can result in muscle / soft tissue pain in the legs.

All the main investigations have already been done and all are normal . So there is nothing much to worry about.

Start on anti-inflammatory tablets like paracetamol, ibuprofen. As a conjuct therapy, also take calcium, vitamin D3 and multivitamin tablets.

Compression bandage, local gel application and hot fomentation will be useful.

I hope the answer was useful.Feel free to ask me any follow up doubts that you may have.

Thank you.

Kind regards...
