Brief Answer:
You may be suffering from arthritis & myelgia

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX Thanks for asking HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your question.
You may suffering from B12 deficiency as well along with arthritis of either osteoarthritis or rheumatoid for which perhaps you have not been tested.
You must go through RA factor test with B12 level test along with CPK level as advised by your doctor.
The drugs you are taking are appropriate but may not be giving you full therapeutic dose for your body weight, and some time they do not absorbed fully by some or other individuals.
My advice to you is go through the tests and see what your doctor has to say.
Mean while you can try Injection of vit BComplax and B12 or Methylcobalamin.
Have good protein diet with lots of fruits and vegetables also include dairy products in daily diet with fibers. If non vegetarian you must eat as desired.
Do write back to us for more doubts.
Get your test done and see your doctor.

Brief Answer:
Yes

Detailed Answer:
Hello
As your doctor has again advised to go through those tests you must follow, he must have some reason to do so.You may also consult a rheumatologist for advance test for Rheumatoid arthritis.
If all your tests come normal then it may be Fibromyalgia for which there is no specific blood test.
Start mild aerobic exercise, yoga and brisk walking as much you can and keep it increasing according to your pain, which may initially give you trouble but in the long run it might benefit you.
Keep taking drugs prescribed to you by your doctor but Pregabalin or gabapentin may also be tried along with methylcobalamin.
My few patient have been benefited by non allopathic treatment as well.
But these are things to do later in consultation with doctor.

Brief Answer:
Yes all standerds are International

Detailed Answer:
Hello again
In all the investigations and treatment we follow international standards.
Actually RA factor is antibody against our body's own tissue. It can be high
in several other diseases.
Usually 20 IU/ml of RA factor is supposed to on the higher side.
Level of vit D3 40 to 60 ng/ml is considered to be normal by medical society.
A dose of 400 to 600 IU/day that is 10 to 15 micrograms of d3 is considered sufficient.
When ever you get a chance to see a more qualified doctor you can always and
get their views on this.
Hope I have answered all your questions.
Best of luck for your trip.
