Brief Answer:
Seems to be muscular pain.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Madam,

Thank you for posting your query.

Going through query I would like to tell you that , Since there is no history of any injury prior to the pain and you got it after you awake from sleep it seems most likely to be muscular pain . I think it should get relieved in a day or so .

You can apply some local gel over the area for pain relief like paracetamol gel . I dont feel there is much of a reason to be concerned about it as if now .Please get your RBS levels tested as sometimes diabetic patients may get such pain. If you have any other symptoms or concern let me know.

Take care.
