What Causes Pain In Right Testicle Post Masturbation?

Question: Relevant Medical history

56 year old
I have had a vasectomy
I had infections and serious issues from the vasectomy for many months.
I was circumsized after the vasectomy to try to fight the infection.
After awhile I just learned to live with some pain in the scrotum and eventually it went away.
Location of pain: top of right testicle.
Intensity: On a scale from 1 to 10 this was a 2 to 3.

My wife and have sex about 14 times per year but that is spread out to about 5 days of 2 to 3 orgasms per day. Needless to say I masturbate to fill in the slack time.

For some time if I masturbated too frequently, I would have pain in the same location (top of right testicle) but at an intensity of 3 fading after a few days or weeks.

In February, I masturbated twice in one day and since I have had scrotum pain much more frequently.

On July 24 I started getting significant pain in my lower back ( level 3 to 4). I was traveling so went to an urgent care facility and they prescribed Amoxicillin. At the same I paused any masturbation. The pain decreased substantially.

I visited My regular physician 4 days later and he stated it was that it was prostatitis and He prescribed ciprofloxacin 1000mg for 14 days. A few days later my doctor's office called and said my lab results were clean.

I have tried masturbating three times since then and each time the scrotum pain and back pain returned and lasted for about a week.

The issue seem less with intercourse but keeps me from doing the marathon sex that my wife likes.

My question is there anything that can be done except ceasing masturbation and marathon sex. I am not a fan of abstainance

Thank you

Brief Answer:
chronic non bacterial prostatitis and the second

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have gone through all the information you have given carefully. I now suspect two things mainly but many other things should be ruled out based on physical exam.

First is chronic non bacterial prostatitis and the second chronic epidydimitis. These two are often difficult to diagnose and as in your case, labs will usually be clean for these two. Follow ups with your Urologist can lead to proper diagnosis and appropriate management. Urinalysis and culture including initial stream, mid-stream, and after a prostate massage can give some hint.Anyhow, there can be other causes as well which need to be excluded based on physical findings.

Thanks!

Brief Answer:
- A confirmation of diagnosis is required

Detailed Answer:
Yes, there is. But, little difficult to completely get rid of symptoms immediately. It takes some time and before that- A confirmation of diagnosis is required.
