Brief Answer:
symptoms can be reduced by medicine, exercise, phy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Your MRI shows mild diffuse disc bulge which may lead to minimal symptoms. Due to compression of nerve root due to disc bulge there can be pain in your leg.
But these symptoms can be reduced by medicine, exercise, physiotherapy and ergonomic correction.

Medication like methylcobalamine with muscle relaxant and analgesic will reduce pain; you can take them consulting your treating doctor.

You may consult physiotherapist for further guidance. He may start TENS, or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.

I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.
You can consult to orthopaedic/spine surgeon at medanta hospital in XXXXXXX
Problem is mild/early stage and proper treatment can make you fit with in 2-3 weeks.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Take care.
