Brief Answer:
Either spine problems or cortochondritis or esophageal hernia ate possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Pain which localized in left hand and chest and become worse in specific positions, most probably is related to spine problems or costochondritis.
On case it is only chest pain and accompanied with belching, then it could be esophageal hernia.
There is a need for some examinations to find out the exact cause.
