Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this poor feeling and symptoms that you have reported. The good news is that there is really nothing wrong on identified on laboratory testing. This is good and more reassuring. Unless otherwise, we all have moments like these in life were we simply don't feel at our best and yet there is no definite answer or disease condition that explains it.

For now, I will encourage that you eat healthy, exercise often, eat much fruits and put on a positive state of mind. I will also recommend that you take some Tylenol to help with the pains in the head and neck.

I am confident all would return to normal without need for more medical intervention of excessive medications. Keep me updated on the progress.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications f need be.
