Brief Answer:
Rule outGastroesophageal reflux

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for your query.

I shall make an effort to provide you with good professional recommendations specific to your questions.

One of the common origin of non cardiac chest discomfort is from esophagus. Gastroesophageal reflux is the most common contributing factor for esophagus-related chest pain.

This needs to be ruled out. Iv would have treated you with capsule omez 20 mg taken once daily empty stomach before breakfast for week, it will reduce avoid production this reduce reflux. Iv would also suggest you to avoid spicy and oily food, avoid smoking in case and relax and avoid stress.

I would suggest you to follow this measures, your symptoms will subside.

Yet , again I duly appreciate your query to me, I do hope that have found something useful to help you and I shall be glad to answer any further apprehensions.
