What Causes Pain In Abdomen And Penis?

Question: pain in lower abdomen goes to base of penis hurts a little to touch .testicle on right a little soar to touch I don't have or cant find any hernia bump at all..also sharp pain in lower right back was told I have sciatica.pain was so bad 3 weeks ago could barley walk without very bad pains in groin and back .Now pain is better but still hurts to touch right testical and lower right abdomin.what could be the problem?

Brief Answer: Get a sonography to find exact cause. Detailed Answer: Hi, Thank you for your query. Pain in testicle can be due to infection or torsion of testis. Also sometimes pain of lower abdomen and even kidneys can get referred to testicles. I will advise you to get a sonography of abdomen and testicle to find out the exact cause as treatment is different for different causes. At the same time take an anti inflammatory pain killer and a course of antibiotics (Doxycycline, Metronidazole with ranitidine) and see if it settles. Follow up with all reports. Regards.
