Brief Answer:
Ultrasound advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
This seems to be related to bladder stones but not surely it can be labelled that till you get an ultrasound done.
Bleeding while on krimson 35 is unlikely from uterine origin so just get an ultrasound for proper evaluation.
Till then keep taking loads of water and take krimson daily without a miss.
Take tablet buscopan or hyosimax in case pain gets severe and take rest.
You can discuss the report of ultrasound anytime.
All the best.

Dr Manisha
