What Causes Pain During Ejaculation?
Question: hello doctor. when i ejaculate at my sleep. i seem to get pressured pain during my ejaculations. the pain is usually at the butt. i'm not so sure how to describe it. the pain is not at the penis but more at the anus part. can you please clarify this for me doctor.

Did it start after sex with somebody? It may be related to infection of prostate, seminal vesicles or due to post orgasmic illness. POI results in vague pains, irritability and tiredness after orgasm. Pl get ultrasonography of KUB, seminal vesicles and Get a PR examination by a surgeon. It may also be due to psychogenic origin due to guilt of not being able to hold back the seminal fluid.
