Brief Answer:
I will advise to go to emergency room and get your parameters checked.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.

Stomach cramp can be due to sudden spasm or gastric infection this may be associated with altered blood pressure leading to black out and unconsciousness.

Traumatic concussion injury can lead to raised intracranial pressure and blurring of vision.
I will advise to go to emergency room and get your parameters checked.
Till time drink plenty of water and juice to avoid hypotension.

Your blood test shows severe vit D deficiency for which you are taking tablet. So you need to take them for 2 to 3 months.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care.
