Question: Wife fell and hit her head on cement. ER determined concussion. She's complaint about itchiness. What to do?

Vertigo may be associated with head injury and concussion injury.
Itching may be related to administered drug related and needs to be reviewed.
You can take antivertigo medications like betahistine or cinnarizine.
Levocetrizine or cetrizine can be added for itching.
