Brief Answer:
Needs evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have pain and discomfort in Left testicle.

This could be due to Varicocele .However this needs to be confirmed by clinical examination by a qualified General Surgeon or Urologist and by following tests .
1) Ultrasound Scanning of Scrotum
2) Colour Doppler study of scrotum.
3)Urine routine and urine culture done .

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefexine along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.

Further treatment will depend upon results of these tests and final diagnosis,

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions ,
I shall be happy to help you

Brief Answer:
Read Detail answer bellow.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for follow up.
Varicocele is a condition where testicular vein which caries venous blood from testis to renal vein are dilated due to incompetent valves located in veins to prevent column of blood from falling down. This results in dilatation of veins which is called as Varicocele.

Varicocele causes disturbances in temperature balance of testis leading to reduce production of sperms and low sperm count (Oligospermia). This is one of the causes of infertility .

Please get the tests done I have suggested earlier and get your semen analysis done to know the sperm count ,motility and morphology of sperm which play important role in conception..

This is not a serious condition but needs to be evaluated.

Thanks and Regards.
