Brief Answer:
Colonoscopy should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Light stool color can be caused by less than usual bilirubin amount in it or lack of good intestinal bacteria.
Due to bile ducts obstruction (caused by stone for example), bile can not be secreted to stool. This gives light stools along with nausea, dark urine and itchy skin.
Lack of good intestinal bacteria can also give light or orange (instead of brown) stool. Please note that in normal conditions good intestinal bacteria digest yellow bile to brown stercobilinogen.

Unfortunately at your age similar symptoms (including red dots in stool) can be also caused by colon cancer.
That is why, colonoscopy is the test you should have for sure. Abdominal ultrasound, blood work (liver tests, bilirubin level) and urine analysis should be done as well.
Please also start probiotic intake.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
