What Causes Occasional Pulsating Heat Sensation On Sole Of Left Foot?

Question: For the past 2 weeks I have felt occasional pulsating heat sensation on the sole of my left foot and I am constantly pouring with sweat with just the slightest bit of walking around doing very light housework. I'm 63 and have never had any heart isuues. I do take a low dose of t3/t4 thyroid pills. Over the past 3 months I've sucessfully lost 18 lbs by following the Whole 30 eating plan (eliminated all sugar, dairy, alcohol, grains and lentils). I am 5'3'' and weigh 177 now. I feel good but wondering about these 2 new symptoms.
