Brief Answer:
Obstructive sleep apnea most likely.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thank you for asking HCM

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely due to obstructive sleep apnea. This can be due to respiraotory infections you had.

Do you have continuous nasal block and stuffiness? If Yes then sinusitis can be a reason. Recurrent tonsillitis also is associated with this.

Examination with an ENT specialist is well appreciated to rule out and to manage this. You can use over the counter nasal decongesants . But continuous use more than 10 days is not recommended. Also can take chewable Vitamin C which will help you prevent such infections and recover faster. Antibiotics should be taken if you still have infection.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
