Brief Answer:
Warm the area. More information required

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I went through the query and understood your concern.

Be relaxed. After injection the temperature of the injected material changes to body temperature.

I want few information
1. how you injected ice.
2. what is the amount of ice injected.
3. why you injected ice

If artery is blocked due to ice the arterial blood supply will be stopped and hence the pulse will be absent in the area of its supply, colour will be changed to blue to black with severe pain. So if no features then no need to worry. if any features are resent or started appearing then warm the area with immersing in warm water.
This will help you.

Hope this information helps you.
Feel free to ask for any further queries. I will be glad to answer you.

Wish you good health.
Regards
